Yesterday I went to go and get my hair trimmed and clean up my roots, but when I got their I thought what the heck, lets do something totally different. SO I chopped off 12" and dyed it brown. I have had mixed reactions, but I kinda like it. Hair always grows back, and I can always go back to blonde. Mike and Lizzie really like it so that is all that counts in my book.

Alta, I just loved catching up on the last two blog entries. I am sad that I have not recorded more of my feelings about Ty this year. You almost forget how much you have grown until you look back. Man, I just feel blessed to be friends with you! AND....about your hair, I am SOOO glad you did it. Some people are so attached to their hair and I think it is good for us to realize, "what's the big deal, it's just hair!!!" Dave openly hates my hair short but I love it, so at least Mike likes it. Sometimes you just have to get those things out of your system. I got a perm before moving to St. Vincent just because I couldn't stop thinking about how fun it would be to have a perm again. It was ugly of course, but I am glad I did it. This is quite the long comment huh??!! Sorry. I miss you. It was so fun getting together over Christmas. Love ya.
